Rock of Ages, the insanely fun (Time Out New York) worldwide smash hit that features a raucous mix of 28 eyebrow-scorching tunes, will begin performances at the Bourbon Room Summer 2019. Set in L.A.s infamous Sunset Strip in 1987, Rock of Ages tells the story of Drew, a boy from South Detroit and Sherrie, a small-town girl, both in L.A. to chase their dreams of making it big and falling in love. Rock of Ages takes you back to the times of big bands with big egos playing big guitar solos and sporting even bigger hair! This hilarious, feel-good love story celebrates the great rock songs of the 80s including such sing-out-loud songs as Every Rose Has Its Thorn, I Wanna Know What Love Is, Here I Go Again, Dont Stop Believin and more.

A candlelit acoustic concert at the Asylum Chapel in London.

Three carefully selected and talented acts unplugged. The musician’s names will not be disclosed until the evening of the event. This is music as it’s supposed to be: live, intimate and in a very special location.

Enjoy hot mulled wine or cider (winter), tasty drinks and delicious home made food provided on site from 6.30pm (not included in the price). Music begins at 7pm with 2 intervals.

THE VENUE
The Asylum Chapel was almost completely gutted by an incendiary device during the war with the exception of its stained-glass windows and collection of carved stone funerary monuments. It retains to this day an unusual derelict beauty.
